"Wow! I am so impressed with the whole experience. Had trouble installing my garbage disposal. Called around, telling companies the disposal was quite literally hanging on, and needed to be worked on asap. Multiple companies told me they wouldn't be able to come out for at least 1 week! That there would be additional fees based on X, Y, Z. Which is always a bit scary to say yes to. Dusty let me know he'd be able to come by day of, in less than 2 hrs, no crazy additional fees, just 1 flat fee. I was astonished. Said yes, he was here within less than an hour, and the job was done swiftly. Super nice, welcoming, fun to talk with, and he's actually happy to help educate on what exactly he's doing and why. I have had him install new toilets, reroute shower plumbing with a bathroom remodel, fix my sink, and walk me through how to stop a pipe outside I accidentally broke from spraying all over the place, until he could come by and fix. He is the only person I would call and have my family call. I trust him for his work and opinion. He is honest, hardworking, dependable, and takes pride in doing things the right way. For me, having a plumper on my shortlist of people to call is imperative. Likely when you need one, you need one fast.
